Got the heads up on this from Netted this morning. Reading the article it looks like iPhone and Droid are each in a bubble but, after some testing today, it turns out that TiKL is on both platforms and works quite well between them. Pretty nice if you've got unlimited data but, not unlimited voice minutes. Here are the highlights to me:

1) The service doesn't cost you voice or SMS minutes.
2) You can chirp individuals or groups of friends.

Now, you just gotta download it and get your friends on!
